QI would like to submit a meter reading. How do I do this?
AIf you are an existing customer, you can submit new meter readings from your online account at www.commercialwatersolutions.com.
We can also submit a meter reading on your behalf. To do this we need:
  • Your SPID number - a 12 digit number
  • Your Customer reference number
  • A contact name and telephone number
QI don't have a meter. I would like to know if my business would benefit from having a meter?
APlease email us at Contact Us with your SPID number and your Customer reference number. We will investigate your account and advise if a meter would be beneficial to your business.
QI'm not happy with the service I'm being given by Commercial Water Solutions. How can I make a complaint?

You can also call us on 0131 252 5363 to discuss any problems you have with our service. We will endeavour to resolve any problem you have with our service urgently and to your satisfaction.
